Ladder run on the treadmill. 1 mi w/u, 400, 800, 800, 400 with 400 recovery and 1 mi c/d. It's difficult to figure out what's a level 8-9 for me on the treadmill. I started the intervals at 7.2 and kept moving up until 7.8 at the end--which was a sub 8:00min pace. Felt decent in spite of a lack of sleep the last two nights and having food in my stomach.
