Overall, this was a pretty fantastic run! I felt good and strong the whole time. As always about halfway through my hip started protesting but 2 weeks until race, just have to push on. We missed a 1 mile loop to make the full 13, so I knew it was going to be about 12 to the cars. A little after 10, started to pick it up and pulled off 9:49/9:11/9:21 for 10,11,12 thanks to my running buddy. She promised she'd pull me, and she did! She left and I ran out slow another 1/2 mile and back to finish off the 13. I feel surprisingly ok (except for the hip) so I know I have more in me.


Great job!! You're definitely overcoming the injury, hurray!
