1 mile WU then 3.5 tempo miles, 9:29/9:23/9:18/8:42 (pace for .5). I am coming back! I think the ice bath after my 10 miles Saturday helped my hip tremendously. Have continued to ice & roll. Was able to do this run with minimal discomfort!!! Since I haven't done much speedwork in a few weeks, 9:30 was my goal pace and I was happy with how it turned out. Probably could have gone a little longer, but had to get home.
