Best run in a few weeks! My hip was just a little sore until the end when it started to hurt a little, but still not too bad. An ice bath after has helped a ton too. It's going to take a lot of work to keep my hip happy for the next month, but I'm gonna do this! Thankful for my running buddy who is probably going to help pace my race too--whoohoo!
