Nice hour run this morning after not running long last weekend. My hip felt decent. I didn't ice it yesterday though, and I noticed that. So icing today for sure! I had to walk a little at the end of the 1st 3 miles to keep them at an easy pace. Picked up to 9:20 and 9:24 for Miles 4 and 5 just to see how I did--and it felt good. Finished with 10:08--faster than I intended but I guess I was on a roll. Looking forward to getting back in the game more this week.
