    Drove to the bike shop for air! My front tire looked low. Bought a special adaptor for $0.99 cents so I won't have to do that again! lol!

    Mary Ann was a great coach and taught me some breathing techniques and pushed me to stay on track! But I was exhausted afterwards. Plus it was so hot and humid out. Ugh!?
