    Gym was boring as always but I had fun at the kids running clinic (thanks Logan). I also did 45 minutes of Jillian Michaels sweatfest.

    Did 1 mile warm up and then did intervals of 100m fast, 100m jog for a mile and a half. Was very winded but I am hoping to get a little faster.
