    it rained :p this is my first organized race after my marathon. i had no goal nor stategy so i was a bit messed up. played around with tempo, galloway etc :p but ut was super FUN :)

      other notes:
      I ran 4:1 with a set pace of 8 as the fastest dapat and 8:30 as the slowest. I think i was well within my set pace range.
      As usual, I over-hydrated (i do this with long distances!)
