Really good ride this morning and the weather was great at about 55F, clear and no wind. Today's ride was a 15 min warm up, 4x3 intervals (2 min RBI), followed by an additional hour of riding. The intervals were pretty hard this morning as the interval duration (3 min) was longer than the rest (2 min) and I went pretty hard on the intervals trying to keep my speed between 19-20 mph.

I haven't ridden the UNF loop in a while but I didn't see any this morning. Last year I saw the girls cross-country team almost every morning.
