15 min warm up, 5x5 interval set, followed by 30 min or riding. My legs weren't as sore as I expected them to be (my chest is) from lifting but I still felt it in the last couple of intervals. The intervals were done at speeds between 18 and 20 mph. The weather was awesome with the temp in the low 60s.
