    Been off the bike for about two weeks so tonight was an easy spin. Small ring, medium cog and low resistance on the trainer. Felt good.

    Hard interval set tonight on the trainer. 10 min warm up, 1x25 min at 22 mph, 3x90 sec max at 30+ mph each, 2 min RBI, big ring and R2 on the trainer for all intervals.

    Just a short spin tonight at low resistance on the trainer. I wanted to ride more to test the shim under my right cleat than anything. The jury is still out.
