I think I'll need to setup an appointment this morning because the run yesterday left me extremely close to blacking out and/or throwing up. I've been sick for about a week now and I'm totally over it.

    That doesn't sound good Brandon. Although...if I had to run 3 miles at that pace I would have thrown up in mile 1 already. Hope you're feeling your old self soon again!
