I was feeling great when I started the run but by the end I though that my knee would explode. Overall I'm happy with the run, just wish I hadn't hurt myself.

I passed! I did 69 push-ups, 54 sit-ups and ran the 2 miles in somewhere around 14:30. I haven't seen the official time but I know it was a reasonable pace for someone who hasn't been doing much of any training for the past 4 weeks due to different appointments and "no PT profiles".

Barton Field 10k (2 laps) 6.27 mi 00:52 08:17 pace
Pretty tough. There is lots of soft sand on this trail and it was like 106 degrees not counting the crazy Georgia humidity. Needless to say it was a hot and heavy run but lots of fun.
