  1. RUN
    injured 5.5 mi 00:58 10:27 pace

I was feeling great when I started the run but by the end I though that my knee would explode. Overall I'm happy with the run, just wish I hadn't hurt myself.

  2. RUN
    great Treadmill 2 mi 00:14:10 07:04 pace

My team chief wanted to see me run it in 14 min flat. I would have made it if I hadn't walked the first couple minutes to warm up while this bad boy was tracking my distance. Still feel very g... read more

  3. RUN
    EOC 2.14 mi 00:15 07:14 pace

This run has me totally pumped up. It's not exactly the pace I was hoping for but it tells me that I haven't totally lost my stride since getting to AIT. The run was really just 2 miles b... read more

I passed! I did 69 push-ups, 54 sit-ups and ran the 2 miles in somewhere around 14:30. I haven't seen the official time but I know it was a reasonable pace for someone who hasn't been doing much of any training for the past 4 weeks due to different appointments and "no PT profiles".

  5. RUN
    Barton Field 10k (2 laps) 6.27 mi 00:52 08:17 pace

Pretty tough. There is lots of soft sand on this trail and it was like 106 degrees not counting the crazy Georgia humidity. Needless to say it was a hot and heavy run but lots of fun.

  6. No good runs to report but something much bigger happened. On 21Jun2012, I married my best friend.

It turns out that she might want to become my running partner too. :)

  7. walk
good Motoactv testing 8 mi 07:02

I just got the Motoactv in the mail but I'm on a "no PT" profile which means all I get to do is walk around. So, I just turned it on and set myself up to see how well it works. So fa... read more

  8. RUN
injured Company AGR (Ability Group Run) 3 mi 00:22 07:19 pace

I think I'll need to setup an appointment this morning because the run yesterday left me extremely close to blacking out and/or throwing up. I've been sick for about a week now and I'... read more

That doesn't sound good Brandon. Although...if I had to run 3 miles at that pace I would have thrown up in mile 1 already. Hope you're feeling your old self soon again!

    blah 3.04 mi 00:30 09:52 pace

I wasn't feeling good when I woke up and then we had to run in the rain. Needless to say, I haven't been very chipper for most of the day, although it was nice to go on a bit of a longer ... read more

What a nice run. I actually got to go out there and run a distance of my choosing for the first time in what feels like a lifetime now. Hopefully my battle buddies still want to go to the gym more ... read more

  11. RUN
    great 1.5 mi 00:11:35 07:43 pace

It was a super hot run but I really enjoyed it. I think I'll just need to keep on the hydration from now on.
