    great ... 0.8 mi

Joined Chris and Ringo for a quick walk in the rain. Ringo was not a happy camper so I peeled off with him at the house while Chris finished her measured mile. Wet!

  2. RUN
    good 3Loop 2.53 mi 00:35 13:54 pace

Baby steps. 3 Loops - walk - run - walk.

  3. RUN
    alright Beach Blast 5K 5 km 00:45 14:31 pace

A nice race even though I had to walk because of my calf. Gotta say that I prefer running to walking fast. Chris got 3rd in her age group :)

It hasn't been completely healed yet but was doing well in longer runs as the Moonlight Half attests. However, I really tweaked it in Florida stepping up on a curb during a run. Reset and slow ramp up from here.

Sounds pleasant around there, don't want to get it too exciting by having those gators wait on the side of the road.

good Recovery Run 4.12 mi 00:41 09:50 pace

All our locals seemed to come out of it okay. Some didn't get to finish but I'm sure they aren't even thinking about that. Nice tribute miles.
