    we were camping and it was hot. I ran on the camp roads. people are a little crazy in campgrounds. My legs felt tight but my lungs felt great.

    I walked for 8 minutes then ran for 25 in a row, followed by mostly running, but some walking thrown in. My left shin is a little tight and my dinner wasn't sitting well. Great night for it!
