      Yes, I took advantage of the time the boys were in karate and run on nice level pavement in town... for once. Quite different then the dirt, hilly road at the marina!

    Wholy heat wave. We ran at 7 a.m. and the air was thick and hot. It was 22 Celcius when we started but 27 when we finished. We hit 34 Celcius as our high today that was without the humidex.

    Do you carry a RoadID/some form of ID with you on your runs/ride?
    No I don't. Haven't really ever thought of it being from such a remote area and small community.

      Nice photo! Hadn't heard of the Muskoka Rocks race before, is it a nice one? I'm up in North Bay (sounds like you're Parry Sound??) so races that aren't all the way "down south" in Toronto are of interest! :)

      Thank you Tanya. I am doing the Muskoka Rocks race for Camp Oochigeas. It is August 1st. I am about 1 1/2 hrs away from Bracebridge. I live on Georgian Bay.
