      Have never heard of it, but it sounds too wordy and complex. Does it take into account things like bone structure, bone mass, etc?

      Never heard of that. Have you considered acupuncture at all? I haven't had any experience of that myself either but I've heard of people that have had good results with things like that.

      hi barbara - it does take time to locate those trigger points, but once you know where they are, you'll know. i would say persevere and find the right areas. it took me a while but now it is just a few minutes a week to stay pain free

    Finished with plank & leg raises.

    I was supposed to continue for ages, but after 20min. inside of right knee started aching....continued to get worse, so stopped after 30min

      @phong I've been having a looong break from consistent running. It seemed like every time I tried to pick it up I would either get hip-issues, an injured toe, travels to mix everything up und so weiter... Trying once more to pick it up again, because still, - I'm a long distance runner by heart. Would love to become one by action as well. he he.
