After the ride it felt better towards the end of the run. Had some GU after 1 1/4 miles and could run the rest of the way. Leg feeling better with faster cadence, didn't run out of breath

getting more relaxed with freestyle. 1/2 and 1/2 breast stroke, only two short stops of less than a minute each. Not drowning is good
