Regular routine for weights followed by a run on the treadmill. I know it is hot outside, but it was sweltering in the gym. I think I lost 20 pounds....and still dripping. LOL I admire those who take on the real heat outside.


I'm headed to the gym then - a quick weightloss is what I'm after LOL. Another top-notch workout. I still just love your profile pic!
