    Shoulders and ab day. Same routine - 3 sets, 3 exercises per muscle, 15, 12, 10 reps. Starting to increase some of the weights. :) Run felt relaxed and good....just the way I want it for now.

    Ran after I lifted. Finished run with a 1% incline. Did Shoulders and abs. Same routine I have been doing for the past couple of weeks. Will be switching it up next week.

      Oh wow, that's probably the main downside of outside running - the weather & once you go out you've got to come back. You get credit for trying & an all-natural shower!

    Ran after doing shoulder and abs. Again I did 3 exercises per muscle group. I did reps of 15, 12, and 10 for the shoulders and reps of 15 for the abs. Felt good!

      yes hydration is key. I have not run in hot weather in a long time....forgot how hot you get. And the answer on the return is NO! But I am trading it with another runner which works for both of us. :)

    Felt great. Started out slow and easy, and gradually increased speed, but kept it easy. Did a couple half mile inclines at 1.0%.

    Wanted to run 4 to 6 miles today, but time did not allow. Just happy to get a few rounds on the treadie. :) Wanted to go faster, but am planning on running long this weekend.
