The standard barefoot warmup on the treadmill. Hoping my screen gets fixed soon, I'm starting be unhappy about my choice of brands, at least the rest of it seems to work well. I figured out the readout I thought was miles is probably reading kilometers, not sure why it would mix miles and km, but my distance last week was off. Paid attention to how long I was running and what speed I was at and determined it was most likely km. Will be more accurate this week. :)

I just got a tracking number from Smooth Fitness, I think my LCD screen might be on its way (finally!). We'll see if they send the right part this time.
