      Just a couple of long runs to add up to 60 miles. I have a 50k coming up on February 7th (Orcas Island 50k) so I need to get some quality long running in. It just so difficult to get out there in the winter for that long. Next week I'm going for vertical gain again, I've been switching focus between distance and gain for about a month now. The race has about 8000' gain. :)
