    Hamstring cramps mile 2- never experienced anything like it. Thanks to Valerie for pulling me through the mental landslide if Ick!

      :( bummer - we should get each other's cell # it was actually a really good loop. So much better than the out and back runs. Email me at bryan. fiona @gmail .com so we can stay in touch while I'm away. I leave tomorrow! Going to do this weeks long run in Central Park before heading north to Maine!

      Sorry I missed this one and wasn't there for you :(. I was late and there was no one at the church to get a map from. I drove back to Boulder and did a trail run and ended up doing 11+ miles :P

    Woke up late and missed the red pace group! Nice route - seemed hilly but my legs tightened up after about 5 miles but overall OK.

    Hill run out by my Dad's hous... 4.03 mi

    Hot day, sun is a killer up there - next week heading out early morning or evening. This is the best hilly terrain... am definitely getting stronger.
