Gym floor was being waxed so I decided to get some easy miles in. Knee was pretty sore and achy the day of, but started feeling better about 30-36 hours post.

Great job Bernard! on a sh*tty hilly into the headwind i'm not going to make it to the finish without walking course...i felt the same and i only ran the 5K. And you gave blood before damn!!!!
