The start of the Superun 5k. Rochelle and I cheered today rather than running. What a blast! We clapped til our hands hurt and yelled "You're a super runner!" and "Good job, you!" and "Here comes a good looking group!" SO FUN!

    Last week a supporter cheered "You can DO it" at about Mile 10 and I turned to the runner next to me and said "Well, DUH...we made it this far, right?" No one was amused other than me.
