I will say that the hardest part of this morning's workout was the plank-to-pushups. I went to the gym for this but if you don't have weights, boy there are a LOT of bodyweight exercises that will do the trick!

5 min Warmup

3 Sets of BOSU Ball Pushups (w/ your hands on the flat side) for 15 reps
SUPERSET w/
Inverted Rows on the Smith Machine for 15 reps

3 Sets of Incline Dumbbell Flies w/ 10-12 lbs for 15 reps
SUPERSET w/
Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows w/ 15-20 lbs for 15 reps

3 Sets of Plank to Pushup Position (walking on your hands from an elbow plank to a full plank and back down) for 60 seconds
SUPERSET w/
Lat Pulldowns w/ 50 lbs for 15 reps

3 Sets of Side Plank w/ arm extended for 60 seconds
SUPERSET w/
Supermans for 20 reps
