Half a workout

First day back after travel, and I wanted to go run... but I had some issues with my Garmin that killed my mood. I wasn't really feeling it anyway. Then as I laid in bed with my running clothes and shoes on, I told myself the least I could do is a Jillian workout. Halfway through 6 Week 6 Pack, I decided that was enough. I am just plain tired.


Doing a Jillian workout is always a good choice. :)
