30 Day Shred, Level 3, Day 28. (Days 23-27 were no-Shred days) Sooooo... after 5 days break from the shred, I'm picking up where I left off, and finishing what I started, so to speak. Backstory: When I worked out with my trainer on Tuesday he told me to take two full rest days immediately. I did. When I jumped back in Friday morning, I hurt my back so bad doing mountain climbers that I laid in bed all day barely able to move. So today I put in the workout I started doing on Friday morning and finished it! I have 2 more days of Shredding left to finish the challenge I started. Those missing days are bothering me but I'm learning as I go. :)


Annie, I'm more proud of you for taking those rest days than for completing the 30 day shred. Now go kick that 30 Day Shred's ass.

Great job Annie! Good luck with the last two days. Thanks for talking about the 30 Day Shred. I have been enjoying the exercises. I already have another Jillian DVD to do after I finish this one. :)
