If you can even call this a workout. I sucked. I couldn't do the moves. I probably shouldn't even record this as a "workout"! But it was nice to see everyone. I'd like to go back when I can really try it out! I probably looked pretty ridiculous.

    don't give up! Pilates takes a couple of classes to iron out all the wrinkles. I still have issues with one or two moves after almost 3 years....take it at your speed and you'll be stronger in no time at all!

    Some say Yoga is easier but it takes technique...buy a video, practice at home and class will be much more enjoyable. There seems to be pro's in those classes....which I am not

    I have found Pilates very challenging, and it really does take a lot of patience. Stick with it!

    Way to get out there and try something different! Your body probably really benefited from the stretches regardless of technique:)

    Anne I think you were just fine. I was telling Sarah on the way home that I was laughing (in my head) when Patti told us to do the one move "without letting your stomach touch your hips/thighs." Really? Do you see my stomach? It touches my thighs in the rest position. ;) So don't worry about not doing all the poses. Were you able to run like a maniac when you first started? I'm guessing no... so don't beat yourself up for this either. ;)
