It's a great meal and it's healthy to. Brown that chicken take it out of the pan add slices of fennel onion and mince garlic cook a few minutes. Add a can of diced tomatoes 1/2c wine or broth fresh herbs like sage rosemary basil thyme, can of white beans and the chicken, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes. We served it over basmati rice. First time my mom had fennel! I've only been eating it for a year. My favorite morning juice is pineapple,fennel,apple and pear:-)

Well I had an appointment and wanted to look decent! My chiropractor says my neck isn't adjusting and the muscles are super tight on my neck and shoulders. They don't hurt until you press on them. He's trying one more ultrasound treatment before his final decision.

I use coconut oil for lots of pan fry things. Smells like coconut but doesn't really taste that way. Funny if you coat potatoes with it and roast them they have a sweet potato kind of flavor! It is solid under 76 degrees and liquid above that. For maximum dementia benefits I think you add a tablespoon to smoothies, oatmeal etc. I get my big jars of the oil from amazon, nutiva organic coconut oil. Also great for hair treatment, body oil. When I grease a pan with it I rub the rest into my hands!
