    I was on a sugar high and couldn't focus. So I just did 1 min 30 sec intervals of sprinting (well for me, anyway!) and walking...took a day off from C25K. Kind of dreading starting W5 :(

      It'll get easier! I hated that too, but stick with it and you'll be running a 5k no problem! You can do it!

      Nice job, Michelle! I think running slower is an excellent idea. Slowing down really helped me when I was working up to a full run. The minutes are much more important than the speed.
