    Had to run on the beach since i am here. my legs are tight and i wish i had a bathing suit to just lay in the surf. it is nice and cold and would work wonders. slow pace - oh well. loved the scenery

      BOOOO! Bad attitude... You need to drive to another more scenic, less hilly location. Make it more fun/enoyable and it will be less miserable. :) Where do u live? Are there trails/greenways nearby?
