      Way to get the miles in Barbie! Are your shoes too tight? Or maybe try lacing them differently?

      Nice running, Barbie! I recommend a 5 minute dynamic warm up before your run, and a 10 min static stretch session after. That should help you feel really loose And fresh. Otherwise just make sure you fuel properly.

      I agree with all the above and also try adding a 1% incline for some of the run. I find that running on a flat treadmill is actually more painful for me. Good luck!
