OUT. OF. SHAPE. Whew...Jeff went with me to the Y (first time since we joined...oh 2 weeks ago?) Dropped E off at school, O off in the nursery there....and worked out. You see, Jeff never works out...has never had to really....and he didn't like anything....so we machine hopped. Started out on the reg. stationary bike for 10 min, the recumbent bike for 15 min...and then finished 15 min on the precor crosstrainer (my personal favorite). We both need to get back into shape!
