Goal:

Run the GHS Centennial 5k on March 10th. This will be my first race is almost 2 years. Possibly Hartwell Dam Run on May 5 (10k).

      oooh...didn't know that about the key fob. but don't lock your keys in the trunk, either---i did that once when we had the buick and we had to break into the trunk through the back seat! (nice run, btw!)

      you can set up your intervals on chester and still ignore the distance and pace as you run, and then you'll know that info for later. (and YAAAAAY welcome back and nice job, lady!!!)

      I thought about it but this little App I downloaded for the iPod is so handy....it talks to me and tells me what to do :-) I could download a GPS running app....kill 2 birds with one stone...just have to run them at the same time and it will calculate everything.
