First day on the 10 week half marathon training program I'm trying . Warmup for a mile at 9:00 and then 4 1/4 mile intervals at 7:08 with 2 minute cool down in between each. Final cool down with another 9 minute mile. Next run is Thursday, 3 miles at 8:07.
