Leg lifts are the biggest challenge. I couldn't do 99 in the traditional way so I modified them a bit ;) also it took way too long and was boring.

Tried to run home and grab something I forgot but no one was home, oh well
5 sets with 1 min break between. I upped the pushups to 7 throughout and added a few reps to everything in the last set and finished in exactly 30 min. Love this new stopwatch. Sorry for laming ... read more
