    Woohoo. I outran an injured snail. So after that we ran stairs, burpies, stairs, side running, plank, stairs and other random exercises. Let's get to work.

    So today we had an "urban" spin class! Awesome! We did a slow hover on Halle Berry and Drop it Like it's Hot. Fun times.

    I woke up. Got there at 5:15 am. Then it began. I need running motivation. Blogs, health/food tips, cash incentive. This running needs a better jump start.

      Don't you wish just getting up and getting there was enough? All that and THEN they want you to exert yourself!? Seriously, if you're motivated enough to get up and get to boot camp @ 5 on Monday morning, motivation isn't a problem! Good job!

      I have a group of new runners here in Sulphur. If you could make it we run every Monday, Wed. and Friday night. Most are still learning how to run and no one will say "oh you're going too slow".
