    it was such a tiring session. felt as if i was bashed up.

    It was a rather hilly terrain, enjoyed the views of the golf course, BT was also tired altho short distance.

    the skin under my right big toe started to peel off and it was hurting and burning at the same time. during kicking, i stepped onto my left big toe, so that was more pain.

    ran 2km and walked 1.5km, alternated that a couple of times...think will wait i fully recover, still up with breathing probs.
