Week 5 Day 1: Ran 15 mins walked 14 mins. Did three 5 min intervals and three 3 min intervals kicking the whole 30 mins off with a 5 min walk. Felt good...REAL good.

SWEET! This is awesome dude! Just wait until you run outside with your bride... Not only does the time fly by but, you get to take in HIS workmanship while you are worshipping God and getting your temple in shape, all at the same time!! Pretty cool huh?!

Knee hurt on the last run of 3 mins. Broke the mental barrier on the last 3 min set. Great!

Knee pain again during the running and none during walking. Gotta get some joint stuff. Felt great tho to get it under the belt.

it's hard to get that routine going, and you seem to be doing it! Right on. After the initial shock of adding this activity to your body, I think you'll start feeling more and more groovy! Way to go!
The wholesale clubs have big ol' bottles of knee stuff. I get 'em there or online.
If it helps, my left knee hurts right now!
