I need to dust off my garmin and charge it again so I quit running to fast. I think the switch up from marathon training to now doing lower mileage as I recover from this dang injury and only running on flat terrain is bumping up my pace. But for just getting back into, I need not be running super sonic speeds. Happy Mothers Day to all you Moms!!!!
