    Spin is always harder after doing all those squats and should presses in group power. I didn't quite wake up until 10 minutes prior to this class ending. the music was meh.

    at 0552 I finally convinced myself to get out of bed and get to the gym for body pump. Can't believe I only missed the first 2 minutes! I can ride my bike fast when I need to!

      Yeah, I'm looking at mostly pigtown but peeking in seton hill. Anywho, you speak the words of truth...but alas, I keep getting called into work!!!! Working Fri, Sat, Sun :( Let me know how your schedule is next week.
