    Humidity was pretty bad, although the heat was bearable. Took it easy the first 3 miles and then picked it up for the last 2. Looking forward to the rest of the week!

    I felt terrible again. The heat and humidity is killing me. I also don't think I'm eating enough/properly because my legs were way too sore.
