Spent about 10 mins on elliptical and another 10 mins running on the treadmill. then worked mainly my chests and triceps. Going back to gym after about one month, I felt I'd got weaker :(

The 100 push-ups are great. I'm currently struggling to finish week 3 in the last column. But we're both gonna make it!
