      Good to be back azhar, keep it up on the running like the old days. I am back slowly on my running from my one year recovery leg injury. Been running with a titatium metal in my leg. By the way selamat berpuasa.

      Hi Azhar, missed you on here. Too bad about the bike, but hopefully you will back at it soon. I can imagine with a new job that it would be hard to fit in workouts, especially with the long hours.
