    Back to C25K intervals. Hip flexors (BOTH of them) started hurting after the first 5 minute run and got so bad I could hardly walk after the 8 minute run. Felling pretty discouraged...

    My iPod died and I didn't have the prompts to tell me when to walk and run so I had to use the timer on my phone. Got the job done. Moving on to week 5 next week :)

    Moved up to week 4 and felt pretty good. Will continue the week 4 workout to the end of this week, and then see where I'm at. Possibly move up to week 5 next week.

    Last week of C25K! One of my best runs to date. My Achilles took some time to warm up and the road camber bugged me, but I felt great and really gave it hell the last 1/4 mile or so. 5K here I come!

    good 4 mi 00:45 11:15 pace, kinda got lost and ran for a bit longer than I planned. The run felt awesome, though! It was just the long walk home that sucked :-P

    Ran with Katy. Her pedometer must be off because it said we ran 3 miles but it was shorter than that. Ah well, still a good workout.
