I had a little run-in with the coffee table yesterday. I jumped up off the couch quickly to prevent my 2 year old from destroying something in the kitchen, and my heal hit the corner of the table. There's a bruise and a little swelling, but not too bad. It kinda hurt to run, so I turned this weekend's 16 into 3. I figure it will be fine by monday, and I'll just plan to run to practice monday morning and count that as my long run.


Good idea to stop and take an extra day off.
