      @Brandi I've had a pain in my inner thigh/groin and numbness on the outter portion of my leg since last April. Xrays, MRI, and ultrasound all came back negative. The doc said he could see inflammation, but not sure what it is. I think muscle imbalance is the root cause.

      Damn that groin muscle...it's such a bitch to heal. I think it took me 5 months before I finally had mine at 100%. Take care and enjoy your holidays with your lovely family.

    After a few days off, legs felt lively. Today called for a 5 Mile fartlek session.1 mile warm up, 3 mile fartlek, 1 mile cool down. Mile 2-4 pace: 8:13, 7:45,7:33.

    3 hellish recovery miles on the dreadmill. Felt like I was running in a sauna. I will almost do anything to avoid running inside again.

    Damp tempo run. Waited as long as I could, but the rain never stopped. Didn't really feel it today, I just got most of my time in. 10 min easy, 20 min tempo, 10 easy.

      I love to talk and run. I don't focus on my breathing and normally have a better run. I guess it kind of helps me settle out at a pace and rhythm.
