Carrollton Nike park bike trails-Trail still litered with tree branches, logs and trash swept by hurricane Irene rains. Nice workout though. Great for endurance.

Noland trails: My toothache allowed me to go for a run this evening but came right back after the run:-(. Did 3 miles in(26:38) and back to the start(23:25). Felt ok.
