    Shaking off after weekend Noland trails 10k. Calves still stiff from the weekend race.

    Carrollton Nike park bike trails-Trail still litered with tree branches, logs and trash swept by hurricane Irene rains. Nice workout though. Great for endurance.

    With Noland trails finally open, I decided to have get my gears back going! Could feel a little stiffness on my legs but not that serious. Looking forward to some track workout sometimes in the week.

      Thanks Tommy, and yes I plan on running the 10k just to see what kind of pace I can do it. Hopefully I be feeling better then.
