great Indoor Interval 30 mi

Did a big gear interval workout with 6 others. It really kicked my butt, but I went out and ran a couple miles immediatly afterwards and don't think I will even be sore tomorrow. It felt great! I think intervals will be the key to my running and biking times getting faster this year. I had a couple breakthroughs last year in my running, and each time it was after a week of 600 or 800 repeats on the track. Thinking of adding at least one of these workouts a week on the bike or in a run.

    Great workout Andrew! Was that with the Zimmer's? The intervals on the track will help with running...no douts about it!

    Yep, had all 7 of us set up in Ron's basement. It was a lot of fun, I really didn't have any idea they were going to go as long as they did, but it was great to train in a group again.
