Beautiful run along the river! Got in a few miles, planks, pushups, bridges and tick-tocks and LOTS of stair climbing at Riverwalk.

Ha. You've reached a new level that's for sure. Good job. I'm comfy with my miles. They may not be much, but at least it's not zero. : ) Stair climbing? YES! For the tush and to help climb those hills in the trails. : )

Ran & finished my 1st marathon. IT band cramped up bad at mile 8. Screwed up my goal of 5 hours, but I FINISHED! That was the end goal! WooT!

Sorry I missed this but wow! Great job Sandie. You are now a MARATHONER! In spite of the IT band issue....that must have been a 'B" you still managed to push through and finish your very first. BIG CONGRATS!!!
